I’d like to say thank you to Edwin who is the interior designer of Earth.

He is definitely a trustworthy and responsible person. He delivered 100% of what he promised.

He will patiently listen to our concerns and make every effort to identify best solutions to resolve problems.

We visited a few other ID firms but decided to choose Earth because they don’t mark up their quote and make effort to help their clients to realise their dream home with cost effective suggestions.

Most importantly, Edwin is a sincere and friendly person.

We discovered Earth Interior Design purely by chance, but out of the several interior design firms we consulted, Earth Interior stood out by a mile.

From our very first meeting, Gerilynn and Bryan impressed us with their ability to understand and translate our ideas into a cohesive design.

Without the aid of a mood board (we did not have a mood board), they crafted a concept from scratch that perfectly reflected our vision.

The final outcome has left us in awe. It exceeded our expectations, and calling it a 'job well done' feels like an understatement.

The level of precision and attention to detail was remarkable, with minimal rectifications required during the inspection at the handover phase.

The render they provided matched the completed project almost perfectly.

Axel and KC were an excellent team when helping with the interior design of our home.

Working with Dave from Inspire ID Group on our renovation project was a dream come true.

The design artwork is nothing short of spectacular, with each room telling a unique story through color, texture, and layout.

I am constantly receiving compliments on the beautiful transformation of my space, all thanks to Dave’s incredible talent and vision.

Choosing Axel as our interior designer for our new house was one of the best decisions we made! He really exceeded our expectations and understood our needs and tastes very well.

I was impressed by a few things:

1) Space planning - Axel gave really good ideas to help maximise the layout of our house to fit the needs of our family. This was the main reason we went with him - he was practical and attuned with the client's needs.

2) Design - Axel has a good eye for design! I love the warm tones of my house, which makes everything so cosy, and I look forward to going home every day. Axel's design eye also made it such that we gave him pretty much free rein to choose the colours for the house. He proposed a bold colour for our master bedroom wall - something that we totally wouldn't have picked and it looks super good! I also love the lighting!

3) Taobao service - We also engaged Earth because they have someone who can help you order and make delivery arrangements on Taobao for you. Just give them a list of what you need, some sample designs you like, and they will help you look (and also look through the reviews to make sure that you're buying the better quality ones).

4) Workmanship - The workmanship is also pretty good. I'm no expert, but the masonry folks did a good job. The detailing looks very clean and refined.

So thanks Axel for turning our house into such a lovely home. It was great working with you!

Chose to work with the EarthID team based on several factors:

1. A close friend’s recommendation.

2. Professional, friendly, and direct advice whilst being open to discussion.

3. Promise of 'not the usual' but superior design above the norm within a reasonable budget.

An interim review having engaged them only on 17 Nov pending further works, but so far so good working with a cheery Geri and dedicated Bryan.

This review is long overdue lol! I think we first came to know Edwin about 10 years ago when we wanted to do some renovation works in our apartment.

He impressed us as someone who’s friendly, has drive, and good design sense.

Unfortunately, we didn’t engage him as a close friend recommended another ID… that’s our regret.

So when we got our next apartment, we decided to get in touch with Edwin again.

He did a wonderful job renovating our resale 20-year-old apartment! The apartment is designed according to our needs, making it cosy and comfortable.

It’s been 5 years, and whenever we have any issues with the house, Edwin is always within reach – great after-sales service!

His team also did a great job doing up my mother-in-law’s place!

We are glad to have engaged Jenson to do up our first big project!

Jenson gave us a lot of constructive input during the planning of our renovation.

The end product turned out to be exactly how we visualised our dream house to be, and we are so happy with the result!

Compared to a lot of IDs that we spoke to, the quotation Jenson provided was the most reasonable, and he really tried his best to work within the budget we gave him.

Along the way, when there was a hiccup, Jenson took responsibility for it and resolved the issue for us.

We are really appreciative of all his work in helping us realize our dream home!

I didn't end up hiring Bryce for my renovation project, but I was very impressed with his attitude and service.

He was professional, friendly, and really listened to my needs and concerns.

Even though we didn't proceed with the renovation, I would definitely consider working with Bryce in the future.

I am very grateful to Bryan for helping me infuse Japandi style into my home design, creating a space that is not only very stylish but also utilizes the elements of Japandi seamlessly!

Bryan's creativity is unique, simple, and very practical, perfectly capturing the essence of Japandi design.

I originally didn't have too many requirements, just wanted a simple Japandi-inspired decor, but Bryan crafted an interior that is both perfect and stylish within the same budget.

He is really creative and suggested a few ideas which I was impressed with.

Great design concept - the team at Earth led by Gerilyn employs a unique approach to interior design by blending fine design by in-house fine artist Sofia together with interior design experience to conceptualise an overall theme that ticks the boxes for us.

The team was very approachable and accommodative to our requests and have the capabilities to advise on design and renovation aspects, striking a balance between what we want and what is workable.

In terms of project management, can do better in anticipating customer’s concerns and avoid unnecessary costs. However, service recovery was prompt and effective.

Highly recommend Eric! He knew I needed to move in quickly and despite rushing the project, the quality of the work is not hugely affected. Like other renovation, there are bound to be hiccups (not the design) but Eric rectified it very quickly. 9 months after moving in, there were very minor issues and Eric is always on top of it. He updates me timely on what’s going on and during renovation, when he sees area which can be improved in terms of design, he would give his recommendation and make the change accordingly. It turns out better than planned. Thank you Eric!

We engaged Eric Toh to be our ID after finding out about Earth Interior via FB. And we are glad that we made the right decision! Eric was very responsive to our enquiries despite him having a busy schedule, especially during this covid period. He was also efficient in his work as he was able to provide the drafts and designs within the agreed timeframe. And he would give us his professional advices with regards to our design instead of just waiting for our ideas. And one of the things we are pleased with is there is no hidden cost! All costs are shown clearly on the invoices and that is exactly what we paid in the end. Because of Eric’s professionalism, our renovation process was less stressful and this was important to us as we already have to juggle between work and kids. Dave is a very responsible and highly responsive ID. He answered all our queries patiently and provided practical suggestions during the renovation process. Extremely glad that the whole renovation process was very smooth and Dave handled everything to ensure that handover is done within a few weeks despite the shortage of workers during the covid 19 period. He provided updates on the renovation process along the way and saved us the hassle to go to the site to check on the progress.
